Before a business signs up, they may want more information. A simple, non-intimidating form will request basic information that will allow your sales staff to follow up. That information will transfer into a built-in contact manager* in the software. Requesting information will be easy for visitors to your site. And follow-up will be easy for your staff.
Easy Registration
An online registration form captures all the information needed to participate in the exchange. Application allows for multiple category choices. Each member selects their own password.
Easy Account Management
Members with multiple businesses can manage them from a single login. While each account is separate, a member can see all accounts at once, choose which account to purchase from and more.
Trading Floor Inventory Control
As items are sold on the Trading Floor, inventory automatically goes down. When the last item is sold, the item no longer displays on the Trading Floor. This feature helps the seller control the sale of available inventory.
New Items Browsing
Members can login and view the products and services by newest items listed. Items will come up from newest to oldest for the last several days.
Directory & Trading Floor Browsing
Category and subcategory listings match from Directory to Trading Floor. No more confusion about where to find goods and services.
Directory & Trading Floor Searching
Buyers can search for member business on either the Trading Floor or in the directory. Members of your exchange always show up first in the directory. Search criteria can include company name, keywords, category, city, state or zip code.
Easy-to-Use Member Account Management
Your members can easily modify their account information once logged in. Track purchases and sales detail, enter new items or modify current items for the Trading Floor, and view online statements.
Context-Sensitive Help*
When members are in a particular area, clicking on "Help" will bring up information for that section only. No more wasting time trying to shuffle through all the information for the entire website.
List Trading Floor Items Easily
Members can place goods and services onto the Trading Floor in three simple steps. Easy to understand directions allow complete descriptions and up to three images per listing.
Members can choose to list items for up to 365 days. Items drop off the Trading Floor after the inventory reaches zero or the expiration date without a renewal. No more old items on the Trading Floor. Members and brokers receive emails about expiring items.
Featured Items
All items with pictures will rotate throughout the site as "Featured Items." Choose the Trading Floor items to rotate and choose specific static items. With Trading Floor items in constant view, your members are more likely to make impulse purchases or happen across just what they were looking for.
